I booked a holiday directly with Monarch online, can you help me?

For Monarch customers whose plans are disrupted, we can offer a special discount if you choose to book a Thomas Cook package holiday. You’ll need to pay for the new holiday, but as your Monarch package holiday was protected by the ATOL scheme, you’ll be entitled to claim a full refund of the value of that holiday from the CAA.

The CAA should send you a claim form directly in the next 2 weeks. If you book a Thomas Cook holiday at a Thomas Cook store, you can bring your CAA claim form inand we’ll provide assistance to help you complete it.
