I booked with Thomas Cook and I'm on holiday now, and due to travel back on a Monarch flight - what shall I do?

We are contacting our customers on holiday who were due to travel back with Monarch Airlines and updating them. If you are on holiday and due to travel back to the UK after 15 October, please contact us on +44 161 774 2966 or email: connected@thomascook.com to discuss your travel plans.

For anyone overseas who was due to travel home on a Monarch flight, the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is arranging replacement flights back to the UK in place of Monarch Airlines flights at no extra cost to customers, up to and including 15 October.
