How do I choose my room?

About 6 days before you depart you’ll receive a Choose Your Room email if the service is available for your booking. Click the link through to the online portal, log-in and you’ll be able to select a room on the hotel’s map. Once you’re happy with the location, you'll need to prepay using a debit or credit card and your booking will be confirmed.

Due to operational issues, we can’t guarantee that every customer will be able to use our Choose Your Room service. This is dependent on your flight arrival, hotel, availability and length of stay.
