My holiday supplier has cancelled my holiday, how does this affect my credit agreement?

We're sorry your holiday's been cancelled, this isn't what we'd want to happen. If your holiday supplier has had to cancel or made a significant change to your booking (which entitles you to cancel your booking), a refund will be processed to your Klarna credit account which will reduce the balance you owe to Klarna.
