I have pre-ordered Duty Free for a flight that I am no longer travelling on – will I get a refund?

If you've been contacted by Thomas Cook and your flight is cancelled, then any pre-orders for Duty Free will be refunded automatically over the course of the next 10 days.

If your flight has not been cancelled by Thomas Cook, but you have made a personal decision to change your travel plans, then please call our Airshoppen Contact Centre on 0161 498 3838 , or email on , airshoppen@thomascookairlines.com and our team will arrange an appropriate refund for you.
