How many customers do we have in the affected destinations?

Currently we have 6721 Group customers in Cuba and 8619 Group customers in Orlando, Florida. (Numbers include package holiday and flight-only customers).

We have been following local and government authority advice and evacuating certain areas as required. Storms such as these are very unpredictable. The safety of our customers and colleagues is always our first priority. Our customers are being supported by our local teams, our SAT team and hotel staff who are following local authority guidelines.

A large Special Assistance Team (SAT) is already in the region, and another 40 members of SAT are flying to Cuba over the next 24 hours to provide further support. Across the Group we continue to source more colleagues to provide even more assistance on the ground, this includes people from our iDS teams in other parts of the world.
