If you have made an in-flight purchase or pre-booked Airshoppen and are unhappy with the item or the item is faulty and you wish to return this, please follow the below steps.

Please include a copy of your receipt if you have one, a short letter explaining the issue and whether you would like a replacement or refund, along with full name, address and contact number.
Please send it via recorded delivery so we can refund you your postage. As soon as the item is received, and if you require a replacement I will arrange for a new one to be sent to the address provided.
If a refund is required, I will need to contact you by phone to perform this.
If you cannot find your receipt and flew with us AFTER November 11th 2017, you can go online at www.thomascookairlines.com and view your E-receipt, under ‘fly with us’ and ‘e-receipts’, alternatively follow this link https://www.thomascookairlines.com/en/fly-with-us/our-airlines-partners/e-receipts.jsp
If you paid by card you will need to enter the last 4 digits of your card number, and if you paid by cash, you must enter the seat number for the journey this purchase was made on.
