I've had my holiday disrupted by Hurricane Irma, will I receive a refund?

Our customers whose holidays in the Cayos or Varadero have been impacted by the hurricane will receive a full refund.



Our package-holiday customers who were due to return home from Orlando on flights on either 10th or 11th of September will receive £250 per person compensation plus any incidentals that have incurred as a result of this delay. Our Customer Relations team will contact these customers within seven days of their return.

UK seat only customers who were due to fly home from Miami or Orlando on 10th and 11th Sept will receive £250pp compensation.

For customers who were on holiday in other destinations affected by Hurricane Irma, claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

We are also offering CCP trauma support to our customers who require it.
