You won’t pay any extra charges or fees if you set up a direct debit instalment option with us, and your payments will be protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Direct Debit Important Information:
By paying by direct debit instalments, you agree to the Direct Debit terms and conditions which can be viewed by clicking here. The Direct Debit deposit paid is less than the full deposit required under the tour operator's booking conditions. If you change your mind and don't set up your direct debit, or if you need to cancel your booking, the full amount of the tour operator's deposit is the minimum cancellation charge you'll be required to pay.
Important: Cancelling your direct debit direct with your bank will not cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact Thomas Cook directly using the call or chat buttons below.
