India - new passport rules

Latest Update: 4th December 2015 16:00

Customers travelling to India from the 4th December 2015 will need to present a machine readable passport on entry into the country. India will refuse customers with non-readable Passports for non-Indian nationals.

Note: Indian nationals who are returning to the country and who hold non-machine readable passports will continue to be accepted until further notice.
