If you'd like a copy of your travel documents, including your ATOL certificate, you need to make a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).
How to raise a request:-
Make the DSAR in writing by sending a letter to the following address; Data Compliance Manager, Legal Department, Thomas Cook, Westpoint Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FZ
Please make sure you include a photocopy of your passport (for identification), the booking reference, date of departure and the name of the lead passenger. To help us to locate the relevant information for you, it is also helpful to include the reason for the request. If you don't provide enough information to enable us to locate your booking we may get in touch to request further information from you.
If you are making a request on behalf of another person who also travelled, please enclose a letter of authority from that person showing that they are happy for you to act on their behalf. You must also include a copy of their passport and a copy of your own passport for this purpose
Once we have received the request, we will respond in writing within 30 days.
If you feel you're due compensation for something that wasn't right with your holiday, we want you to tell us - and we'll do everything possible to sort things out because we want you to travel with us again.
We're aware that there are individuals and companies approaching holidaymakers in resort, or cold calling them when they're back in the UK, claiming they can get them compensation, and encouraging those holidaymakers to make fraudulent claims. We're committed to the prevention and detection of fraud and work with fraud investigators to protect our customers and to try to keep the cost of our holidays as low as possible. We'll take action against any individuals we find to be involved in this practice.
Please think carefully about who you give your personal details to. If you're either approached by someone claiming they can get you compensation, or you have information that will assist us in the detection or prevention of fraudulent claims, you can speak in confidence to our Customer Relations team www.thomascook.com/customer-
