How do I make a Data Subject Access Request

Information we may ask you to provide

As personal data is protected, we may need to see a copy of your identification: such as a copy of your passport or driving licence, so please provide us with this when asked to do so.  To help us search our systems, please also advise us of your:

  • Booking reference;
  • UK departure date;
  • Lead name (the name the booking was made under). 

If we are not provided with enough information to carry out our searches, we will contact you for further information, which may cause a delay to our final response to you.  If you are making a request on behalf of another person, please enclose a signed letter of authority from that person stating that they are happy for you to act on their behalf in respect of the copy document request, data subject access request or erasure request. You must also include a copy of their passport and a copy of your own passport for identification purposes.

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it.
