Yes, you can amend your booking. Just make sure you check the terms and conditions of your service provider (hotel supplier, airline, transfer company etc).
You can request an amendment with a message via WhatsApp on +447723475678, or via our Chat service you'll find the Chat tab on the right hand side of the contact us page as shown below in the image.
We charge an amendment fee of £25 per booking if your booking was made prior to 1st December 2022, for bookings made after 30th November the amendment fee is £50 per booking. You'll need to pay for any amendment fees at the time of the change.
The below amendments can be requested online via a form and should not incur a cost. They can take up to 72 hours to action.
- Adding on hotel special requests: You can request up to 3. These cannot be guaranteed but will be passed to your hotel supplier here
- Updating your contact details: To update your email, address, telephone number and marketing preferences here
- Change a title on your booking: You can update a title for any adult on the booking, MS to Miss as an example here. You cannot change a first name or surname using this form To make these changes you'll need to chat to us using our chat or WhatsApp messaging service.
- Changing a date of birth: You can't change an adult to a child or a child to an adult. If you need to make a change like this, you will need to talk to us via WhatsApp or Chat as your holiday cost may also change. Click here to make the simple change.
- Cancelling your transfer booking: We can only cancel your transfer booking in full (both outbound and return) and it must be done a week before your outbound departure here. You cannot cancel you whole holiday with this form, you'll need to chat to use using live chat or WhatsApp.
