To amend or cancel your Ryanair flight you'll need to contact them directly, as we don't have access to your booking once it's been made. Click here for Ryanair's webpage about making changes. Any charges for the amendments you make need to be pay directly to Ryanair. You'll also need to tell us about any amendments so we can make sure they won't affect any other part of your booking, such as your hotel or transfer.


You will need the 'My booking' section at the top on the Ryanair webpage. 

You will also need your airline reference (NOT your Thomas Cook reference) and YOUR email address used at the time of booking your holiday. These are both found on your invoice. The airline reference is in the Flights section shown below).

Should Ryanair make any changes, they'll email you themselves. Just make sure you let us know about any changes, too, so we can check the rest of your holiday isn't affected, such as your transfer or hotel reservation. 


If you would like to view or amend your Ryanair booking you can, you just need to follow the below steps:

  •  You will need to create an account with Ryanair if you don't already have one. 
  • Once you have signed in Please click onto 'My Bookings'
  • You will then need to click onto ' Can't see your booking?' 
  • From here you will need to enter your Ryanair airline reference and your email address
  • You will then be able to view your booking! 

Ryanair are a self service airline which means if you want to make any changes to your booking you must do this direct with them. You can do this by accessing your account, Live chatting them or calling them.  If you make any changes to your flight dates, times or names, you must let us know so we can update your hotel booking and transfer arrangements if you have pre booked them.
