Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

What is a multi-contract package?

A multi-contract package is a combination of at least two different types of services for the same trip. This means you have a contract with each individual supplier. However, not all holidays with a combination of services are multi-contract packages. For your holiday to qualify as one, the services booked have to be a major part of the holiday, at least 25% of the total value of your trip. This could be flights, accommodation, a rental car etc.
