You’ll find the link to the TUI website below, but you may want to read our check-in guide first.

Before you get started make sure you have the following handy;

  • Your flight reference found on your invoice/confirmation - this is not your Thomas Cook booking reference and can be found on the ‘flights’ section of your Thomas Cook invoice labelled ‘airline reference’. If you're having trouble using your airline reference on your airline’s website, please check you’re using the right letters and numbers as the letters ‘I, O and Z’ can look like the numbers ‘1, 0 and 2’. The reference is a random selection of numbers and letters in any order and could also be made up of just letters.

  • Your passport details - you can check in from 48 hours to 6 hours before departure. You may not be able to check in online for your return flight so you’ll need to head to the TUI Airways check-in desk where your outbound boarding card will be printed for you, please don't worry.

Check in

  • Go to the TUI website using the link below and ‘Find your booking’

  • Enter your details - your 'Booking reference’ is your ‘Airline reference’ (as shown above), your surname, travel date, and ‘holiday type’ which is ‘TUI’
  • Click on online ‘check in’

  • Add your passport details
  • Add any flight extras (you’ll pay for these on the airline’s website)
  • Print or download your boarding card
  • You can also pre-book your seats before check in on the ‘Select your seat’ section shown above
