There is a link below for the TUI website to help you check-in but please read the below details first to help you. You can pre book and pay directly to TUI for seating by clicking on the link below when you check-in. Please note TUI are only creating outbound boarding card for you to print or download. You will get your return one at the airport when you return home, do not worry.
Make sure you have the following handy, as you will need it!
- Your Airline reference found on your Thomas Cook invoice/confirmation (This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You will find the correct reference number in the flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice and it's labelled Airline reference).
- Your passport details.
You can check-in for your flights 48 hours to 6 hours before your flight departs.

Complete the details. For your booking reference you will enter your flight reference number, your surname, travel date and 'holiday type' will always be TUI. (details on how to find the reference number are above).
- Click on CHECK IN.
- Input your passport details.
- Add any flight extras.
- And don't forget to either print or download your boarding card.
