You’ll find the link to the Vueling website below, but you may want to read our check-in guide first.
Before you get started make sure you have the following handy;
- Your flight reference found on your invoice/confirmation - this is not your Thomas Cook booking reference and can be found on the ‘flights’ section of your Thomas Cook invoice labelled ‘airline reference’. If you're having trouble using your airline reference on your airline’s website, please check you’re using the right letters and numbers as the letters ‘I, O and Z’ can look like the numbers ‘1, 0 and 2’. The reference is a random selection of numbers and letters in any order and could also be made up of just letters.
- Your passport details - you can check in from 7 days to 4 hours before departure. Don't forget you’ll also need to check in for your return flight too!
- Departure date
- Departure airport
Check in
- Go to the Vueling website using the link below and click the ‘online check-in’ tab
- Click the Origin/Destination’ option
- Enter your details - your ‘Booking code’ is your ‘Airline reference’, your departure date and departure airport.
- Add in your passport details
- Add in any flight extras (you’ll pay for these on the airline’s website)
- Print or download your boarding cards
- If you want to pre-book extras like seating or luggage, you can do this at any time using the link below and clicking the ‘Your booking’ tab.
