There is a link below for the British airways website to help you check-in but please read the below details first to help you. You can add any special dietary requests and add advance passenger information any time before you check-in.
Make sure you have the following handy, as you will need it!
- Your Airline reference found on your Thomas Cook invoice/confirmation (This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You will find the correct reference number in the flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice and it's labelled Airline reference).
- Your passport details.
Online check-in is only available 24 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure unless you're travelling to the USA then it closes 2 hours before departure.
Once you have clicked on the link below you will see this screen:
Your booking reference is your airline reference mentioned above.
- Follow the steps on the website to check-in
- Add you passport details
- Add any flight extra
- And please make sure you either download or print your boarding card
Don't forget, you will need to do this for your return flight also. You may be away at the time, so make sure you have a device to assist you.
