Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

Before you get started make sure you have the following handy;

Your E-Ticket number - you’ll need to contact us via Live Chat and one of our travel buddies will send this over to you. Your E-ticket number will be available from 56 days before you’re due to depart.
Your passport details - you can check in from 24 hours to 1 hour before departure. Don’t forget to check in for your return flight too.

Check in

Go to the Turkish Airlines website using the link below and click ‘Check-in/manage booking

Enter your details - your 'Ticket number or reservation number (PNR)' is your ‘E-ticket number’ (as mentioned above) and your surname.
Add your passport details
Add any flight extras (you’ll pay for these on the airline’s website)
Print or download your boarding card
