There is a link below for the Aer Lingus website to help you check-in but please read the below details first to help you. You can pre book and pay Aer Lingus directly for seating and luggage at any time by clicking on the link below too and selecting 'Manage trip'.
Make sure you have the following handy, as you will need it!
- Your Airline reference found on your Thomas Cook invoice/confirmation (This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You will find the correct reference number in the flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice and it's labelled Airline reference).
- Your passport details.
You can check in online within 48 hours of your departure time on all routes within Europe and 24 hours for flights to and from the USA. Online check-in closes 5 hours before your flight departs.
Once you have clicked on the link below you will see this screen please click on the Check-in tab.
Your booking reference is your airline reference mentioned above. Family name is your surname.
- Follow the steps on the website to check-in
- Add you passport details
- Add any flight extras
- And please make sure you either download or print your boarding card
Don't forget, you will need to do this for your return flight also. You may be away at the time, so make sure you have a device to assist you.
