Make sure you have the following handy, as you will need it!

  • Your Airline reference found on your Thomas Cook invoice/confirmation (This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference. You will find the correct reference number in the flights section of your Thomas Cook invoice and its labelled Airline reference).

  • Your passport details.

Online check-in is only available 24 hours before departure and closes 90 mins before departure.

Make sure you have 'search by' as booking reference in the first box. Your booking reference will be your airline reference mentioned above. Then add in your departure airport. Once you have entered in the information please click on 'start check-in'.

  • Follow the steps on the website to check-in.
  • Add you passport details
  • Add any flight extras
  • And please make sure you either download or print your boarding card


Don't forget, you will need to do this for your return flight also. You may be away at the time, so make sure you have a device to assist you.
