Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

How do I view my Ryanair flight?

Firstly, thank you for booking your next getaway with us! It won't be long until you are stepping off the plane and into the sun ☀️

To access your booking you will need to log in to your Ryanair account. This account it unique to you and Ryanair and Thomas Cook do not have access. Please reset your password with Ryanair if you need to.

Your booking should already be linked to your account. If its not you can link your booking to your account once you have logged in. Use your flight reference which is found on your Thomas Cook documents shown below.

Please make sure that you check your flight status regularly by logging into your Ryanair account. If there have been any flight changes or cancellations, please contact us via WhatsApp or chat.
