If your flight is cancelled or significantly changed, you will receive an email notification from Ryanair. If you're entitled to a refund, please request it from us. We’ll process the refund and provide a refund to your payment card within 14 days of receiving your notification. We’ll also inform Ryanair that the refund has been issued by providing payment confirmation.
For any in-flight extras you added, Ryanair will refund you directly.
If you would like us to arrange an alternative flight for you, please contact us and we’ll attempt to book a new flight for you.
