How many instalments can my payment be split into if I choose Klarna?
With Klarna, you'll have the option to pay in 3 manageable instalments. First payment will be taken at the time of booking, the second and third payment will be taken 30 & 60 days with no interest incurred.

When can I choose to pay with Klarna?
You’ll be able to choose Klarna as a payment method if your booking is £3000.00 or under and you’re travelling within 30 days of booking your holiday.
What happens if I need to make a change to my booking?
If you need to make a change to your booking that requires additional payment, you can either pay at the time using a credit or debit card, or we can add the extra cost to a new Klarna payment plan, which can be split into three manageable instalments again.
What happens if I’m due a refund?
Your money will be returned to the same payment card that you set up with Klarna.
I want to change my payment method or payment date, how do I do this?

What happens if I miss a Pay in 3 payment?
Pay in 3 lets you spread the cost over time, and you'll just need to make sure your scheduled payments to Klarna are made on time. Payments are taken automatically from your chosen card or bank account, so there’s no need to worry about missing a date. Klarna will send you a few helpful reminders before each payment, giving you time to make sure everything’s in order. Just remember, late fees may apply if a payment isn’t made on time - so do check our T&Cs for all the details.
