Your money is secured in a trust account
Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday

All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806

Can I change a name on my booking?

In most cases, yes, you will be able to change a name on an existing booking - but we will need to check your service provider's terms and conditions first found here . Please note, we do not require you to add in your middle name for your flight tickets if you have one. You can add this when you complete your API form (Advance passenger information) for the airline you are flying with.

You will need to pay for an amendment fee at the time of the change. We charge an amendment fee of £25 per booking if your booking was made prior to 1st December 2022, for booking made after 30th November the amendment fee is £50 per booking.
