Bookings before 19th November 2024
It's rare for this to happen but if it does, we'll send an email out the day after your payment was due to ask you to pay through my account.
If you don't want to wait for the email you can pop on Manage My Booking and make the payment. You can be assured we won't take the payment twice.
If you're paying a failed payment with a different card from the one you booked your holiday with the system will update any future automatic payments to this card.

We will continue to try to take the payment for up to 15 days after the payment due date.
