To help prevent fraud we ensure refunds are returned to the same bank account that was originally debited and not an account that does not belong to the original cardholder. If you have made payments with multiple accounts and you are receiving a full refund each account will have the amount paid refunded back. If you are receiving a partial refund, the amount will go back to the account used for the payment.


If you have an expired card your money will still go back to that account, don't worry you don't need to contact us with the new cards details.


If you have closed an account where a refund is due to, you will need to contact the bank to get the money from the closed account.
