To access your Ryanair account to view your flights, check-in, and add flight extra’s you will need to complete the following steps.

  • You will be asked for your reservation number which is the airline reference that can be found on your confirmation documents. 
  • Allocated email address, This will be your unique email address that you used to book your holiday. Some of our customers may have been allocated an email address, if this is the case you would have received a separate email from one of our travel buddy's with a subject title (to help you find it) called "Your unique Ryanair Email address - Booking Reference"  

Please make sure that you check your flight status regularly by logging into your Ryanair account. If there have been any flight changes or cancellations please contact us via WhatsApp or chat.

After you’ve checked in, you will either need to print your boarding pass or use the Ryanair app to show your boarding pass when traveling. This applies to both your outbound and inbound flights. If you prefer to check in at the airport, please note Ryanair will charge for this service. 

Ryanair is a self-service airline which means if you want to make any changes to your booking you must do this directly with them. You can do this by accessing your account, Live chatting with them or calling them.  If you make any changes to your flight dates, times or names, you must let us know so we can update your hotel booking and transfer arrangements if you have pre booked them.
